Terms and conditions

These terms cover the use of this site and the general framework of our services. Everything specific to a project (scope, price, timeline and deliverables) is put in writing in a signed proposal before work starts, and that proposal prevails over this page wherever the two disagree.

What this site is
An informational site. It describes automation and custom operational systems work. It is not a binding commercial offer or a contract: no figure or timeline published here is binding until a written proposal for your case exists and has been accepted.
The call and the diagnostic
The fifteen minute call and the operational diagnostic are free. The diagnostic is our reading of your operation and of where we believe time or money is being lost. It is professional analysis, not a guarantee of outcome, and any estimates in it are estimates. You can keep it and hire nobody; it leaves you under no obligation.
Pricing
Projects start at USD $900. That is a floor, not a final price: the price for your project is set during the diagnostic and put in writing before work begins. We quote in United States dollars. We accept international wire, Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, and local transfer within Colombia. Any taxes that apply in your country are yours to handle.
Who owns what we build
Once the project is paid in full, the code and configuration built specifically for your company are yours, along with your data, which was always yours. We keep ownership of the pre-existing internal tools, libraries and components we reused, and grant you a perpetual licence to use them inside your system. Third party software we integrate stays under its own licences.
Confidentiality
What you tell us about your operation stays here. We do not share it, do not use it for another client and do not publish it. If we ever want to reference your case, we ask you first and publish only what you approve, with the figures you authorise.
What we need from you
Projects slip for the same two reasons almost every time: access that never arrives and decisions left waiting. To hit dates we need the access the project requires, truthful information about how your business runs today, and one person with authority to decide. Agreed dates move by however long those take.
Limit of liability
We stand behind the work we do, up to the amount you have paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for lost profits, or for outages and changes in third party services such as WhatsApp, Meta, Google, Cloudflare, Stripe or software you already used. None of this limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Termination
Either side can end a project with written notice. Work completed up to that date is paid for, and we hand over what has been built so far.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia and any dispute is settled before the courts of Cali, unless the signed proposal for your project says otherwise.
Changes
We may update this page. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when you signed the proposal.
